They’re called dirty smashed potatos because I leave the skin on and don’t wash them.
- potatos (cut into large pieces)
- garlic (chopped)
- green onions (chopped)
- Boil potatos in salt water until folk tender.
- While potatos are cooking, melt butter in separate pan.
- Add garlic, sweat.
- Add milk. Heat up milk. Be careful. Milk will boil over.
- When potatos are cooked, drain potatos.
- Smash potatos.
- Add milk, butter, garlic.
- Top with green onions.
