Did you know that you can download free music from YouTube? You can. YouTube gives you free music for you to put into your videos that you upload to Youtube.
Maybe you want some background music or a soundtrack to go with your video, but you’re worried about copyright claims or you don’t want to pay for a license. You can download songs from YouTube’s own Library.
To do this, you need to go to your profile and access the Creator Studio. Once you are inside the Creator Studio, locate Create in the menu, and then click the Audio Library. In the audio library you can find free music, which you can put into your video license free and even monetize it. There’s also ad supported music from popular artists. You will not be able to monetize these videos because the ad revenue will go to the artist instead. Finally, there’s even sound effects if you need some.
