Hash Browns Country Style


  • Potatoes (cut)
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • Parsley (finely chopped)
  • Eggs


  1. Sweat onions and bell peppers in oil.
  2. Add potatoes.  Cook on medium high heat until tender and golden brown.
  3. Add eggs.  Scramble.
  4. Sprinkle parsley.
  5. Serve with hot sauce.
