Bandai always make good model kits. I was experimenting with a mud wash technique for the panel lines, but I think the marker and cotton swab technique would have worked just as well. Then I sprayed it with a dull coat. I painted the fins yellow to make it look gundam-esque.
Plastic parts come in grey and red color. You are supposed to paint some of the clear parts green, but I didn’t have any green paint so I just left it clear. The side cannons are absolutely tiny. I accidentally broke some of them.
Glue is required.
Paint is not required, but it helps bring out the details.
Lots of small parts. Borrow your sister’s eyebrow tweezers.
